Principal Engineer

As a Principal Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions that leverage Generative AI and full-stack expertise. As part of our team in Abu Dhabi, you'll work in an ONSITE environment where your leadership and technical proficiency will shape major product initiatives and mentor high-performing engineering teams.

• Design and architect scalable full-stack solutions, integrating both frontend and backend technologies.
• Lead the adoption and practical implementation of Generative AI and large language model (LLM) technologies within products.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams, promoting best practices and high coding standards.
• Conduct technical reviews, ensure code quality, and provide hands-on support for critical projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful AI-driven features and enhancements.
• Identify emerging technology trends and advocate for innovations that benefit the organization.

• Extensive full-stack engineering experience, with strong proficiency in Python and React.
• Deep practical knowledge of Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and their integration into production systems.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills within engineering teams.
• Track record of architecting and delivering complex, scalable technology solutions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with machine learning frameworks and data pipelines.
• Background in cloud platform services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to containerization, orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
