Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for new and existing software features.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and identify quality criteria.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of defects.
- Continuously improve testing processes and automation frameworks.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency in QA workflows.
- Maintain thorough documentation of test procedures and results.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, testing trends, and best practices in Quality Assurance.
Must have requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantity Assurance Engineer or closely related role.
- Strong background in automation testing and hands-on scripting abilities (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools).
- Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools within QA processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Nice to have requirements
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps environments.
- ISTQB or similar QA certifications.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools and security best practices.
- Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms.
- Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
