Role Overview
As part of our dynamic team in Abu dhabi, you'll work in an ONSITE environment to drive the development and success of new and existing products in the capacity of a Product Owner. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and technical experts to define product vision, manage backlogs, and ensure delivery aligns with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring requirements are clear, actionable, and aligned with business goals.
- Act as the voice of the customer and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Scrum teams to deliver features through iterative development.
- Gather and refine use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria in partnership with Business Analysts.
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring timely delivery of product increments.
- Monitor and report on product progress, making data-driven decisions to adjust priorities as needed.
- Support user acceptance testing and ensure delivered features meet quality standards.
Must have requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner in an agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong background working as a Business Analyst within Scrum teams (Sceum BA).
- Expertise in documenting and managing use cases and user stories.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to balance technical and business objectives while delivering value.
Nice to have requirements
- Certification in Product Ownership (e.g., CSPO, PSPO) or Business Analysis.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar agile platforms.
- Background in software development or technology-driven projects.
- Familiarity with design thinking or UX/UI principles.
- Understanding of the local market in Abu dhabi or the GCC region.
