Role Overview
As a Junior Technical Business Analyst, you will play a key part in bridging business objectives and technical solutions. As part of our team in DGE Office, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, engaging directly with various internal stakeholders and clients. This role offers the opportunity to actively participate in shaping product direction by leveraging your analytical and process-oriented mindset, while contributing to both operational and product improvements in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities
  • Gather and document business requirements from internal stakeholders and clients, transforming them into clear process flows and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with product managers to understand product needs and contribute to Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
  • Write and maintain detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria; help organize and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Analyze operational and product data (using Excel and SQL) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build, monitor, and present reports and dashboards.
  • Support the definition and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) for products and business initiatives.
  • Map current-state business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
  • Prepare presentations, briefs, and status updates for management and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate between business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform product and business decisions.
Must have requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Solid experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Proficiency in creating process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to build dashboards and interpret analytical findings.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively across departments.
Nice to have requirements
  • Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Exposure to product management or business analysis in a technology environment.
  • Understanding of agile and scrum methodologies.
  • Basic experience in user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitor landscape in relevant markets.
