Role Overview
Join our innovative technology team as an AI Ops engineer. As part of our team in Abu dhabi, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, focusing on driving operational excellence through automation and intelligence within our cloud and AI-driven technology stack. In this impactful role, you will bridge the gap between IT operations and AI/ML delivery, ensuring seamless monitoring, reliability, and scalability of critical applications and services.
Responsibilities
- Implement, monitor, and optimize AI-driven solutions for IT operations using Azure and AIOps platforms.
- Deploy and maintain machine learning models in production, ensuring robust ML Ops practices.
- Collaborate with data scientists, DevOps, and IT teams to design automated workflows and predictive monitoring systems.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational incidents leveraging intelligent alerting and root cause analysis.
- Continuously improve the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of the entire infrastructure.
- Establish best practices for monitoring, log analysis, and anomaly detection within cloud environments.
Must have requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in IT Operations or DevOps engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Azure cloud services and automation tools.
- Direct experience with AIOps platforms in an enterprise setting.
- Solid understanding of ML Ops principles, lifecycle, and deployment practices.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, or similar).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have requirements
- Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Background in data engineering or machine learning model development.
- Relevant Azure or AI/ML certifications.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
