Role Overview
Join our dynamic technology team as an AI Solutions Architect, where you will lead the design and delivery of advanced AI/ML and Agentic AI systems. As part of our team in Abu Dhabi, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, collaborating closely with governmental entities to embed innovative artificial intelligence solutions within real-world customer environments. This is a unique opportunity to make significant impact through the creation of scalable, production-ready AI systems at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of production-grade AI/ML and Agentic AI systems tailored to customer needs, specifically across government sectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into legacy and modern customer environments.
- Evaluate and select appropriate frameworks, platforms, and methodologies to drive scalable AI implementations.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and compliance of AI systems in accordance with government and regulatory standards.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineering teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Continuously assess emerging AI technologies to identify new opportunities for innovation and optimization.
Must have requirements
- Proven experience as an AI Solutions Architect, delivering AI/ML and Agentic AI systems at production scale.
- Strong background architecting and scaling end-to-end AI solutions embedded within customer and/or governmental environments.
- Expertise in deep learning, machine learning, and generative AI technologies.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) and containerization technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to design secure, robust, and high-availability AI architectures.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Nice to have requirements
- Experience implementing AI governance frameworks within government environments.
- Previous exposure to Agentic AI systems and multi-agent orchestration.
- Knowledge of advanced data security and privacy standards relevant to sensitive environments.
- Professional certifications in cloud computing or AI technologies.
- Background working with MLOps and continuous AI delivery pipelines.
